Take Care of Your Skin

We know that skin is the mirror of human mind. So if your mind is fresh and happy then your skin will remain healthy. Fat is must for skin. In human body there is a thing called ‘sebum’ which comes out from sebaceous gland. This keeps oiliness in skin so that our face shines.

 Balanced diet is main thing to follow. You need to take foods that contain protein; carbohydrate, fat etc. drink water as much as you can. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables. Also you can eat ripen mango, ripen guava and carrot.

You can eat pasta nuts Try to take some vitamin (which has antioxidant) to keep your skin well. (Especially for those who can’t manage time to eat fruits) you should exercise at least; those who can’t do it, they can walk then.
